To my shame, I've just realised that this is actually documented and all I needed to do is change the final parameter to 4 rather than 2!

As the documentation doesn't actually show the resultant error message though, hopefully at least somebody else may find this useful.

 Hi,

I'm trying to index using the full text search in my system, but I keep getting the following error:

"Error: Maximum number of keywords exceeded in "dbfs\support.dbf"
Source: Classfulltext.IndexRecordFull-text indexing was not completed
Source: Classfulltext.CreateIndex"

The relevant block of code is below:

oTextSearch.exclusiveindexing=.f.
LbResult = oTextSearch.CreateIndex('suppuniq','problem,solution',.t.,FILETOSTR('fulltextnoise.txt'),2)

This has been working until recently, and nothing has changed in the code - is there an actual limit on how many keywords can be indexed?  I'm currently trying to index 2 (fairly short) memo fields within a table of around 113k records.

Thanks for any help / advice
