FoxWeb and ASP .NET will both allow you to create web-based applications, they do so using different means: FoxWeb is designed specifically for developing applications in the FoxPro language, using the native VFP data engine. ASP .NET applications are typically written in C# (other languages are also supported, but not FoxPro) and communicate with databases via ADO.
I can't think of a situation where you would need to combine FoxWeb and ASP .NET. You should choose one or the other and stick to them.
