I assume that you are referring to the on-line order form. This form allows you to take advantage of our upgrade pricing, but requires that you enter your 1.X, or 2.X software keys. These keys must be of the same type as the 3.X license(s) you are ordering. For example, if you are ordering a 2-host license and a development license, you must provide two separate software keys from a previous version -- one for a 2-host license and one for a development license.

Then error comes "The number of valid previous-version licenses specified does not match the number of upgrades in this order."
Please advise what should i do, should i upgrade it to new version or not..
