It is difficult to provide any assistance without getting additional information from you. The Configuring your Web Server chapter in the FoxWeb documentation contains detailed instructions on how to configure PWS to work with FoxWeb.

I have an Operating system Windows 98 second edition, and I have a PWS installed there. I installed Foxweb and configured the server name as michaelp on the Grid. When I started to use the program It causes a HTTP server error or page not found. I tried to change the configuration but instead it called an open or save dialog instead of executing the scripts. Can you help me resolve this?

FoxWeb must run on a computer that has a Web server installed. Obviously you will need a way to connect from your browser to that Web server, but if you are in an intranet environment, you don't need an Internet connection.
Also, during the development phase, you can run your Web browser on the same computer as the Web server and test your scripts on a standalone server.

What I mean is that can I run Foxweb on a standalone or peer to peer computer and with no internet access?

I don't understand what you mean by this question. Please be more specific.

Do you need to be connected to Foxweb all the time to run your Fox server?
